The Summit
A landing page that sells a villa before anyone visits the island.
The Summit is an ultra-luxury villa development on the highest peak of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. This is the campaign landing page behind it: one long page that has to sell a multi-million-dollar residence on look and feel alone, then turn the visitor into a brochure request or a callback.

Freelance project, built by David independently of Redtekk.

The page pulled in two directions. It is built almost entirely out of full-bleed photography, which is exactly what a page behind paid traffic cannot afford to be slow at. And someone weighing a multi-million-dollar purchase reads a long way before acting, so the conversion path had to stay present without breaking the calm, editorial tone of the design.
One long-form page with a full-bleed hero that sells the location immediately and both calls to action visible before any scrolling. Press placements and profiles of the developer and architect build credibility, carousels and a tabbed section cover the property in depth, and a brochure request form closes it out. Image sizing, formats, and lazy loading keep the page quick despite the photography.
Hero that sells the view
A full-bleed opening shot of the location, with the brochure request and the callback both reachable before a single scroll.
Proof before the pitch
Press placements, partner marks, and profiles of the developer and the architect establish trust early on the page.
The property in depth
Image carousels throughout, plus a tabbed section covering views, safety, utilities, and floorplans.
A form that qualifies
Name, email, phone, and preferred contact time go straight to the sales team, so the callback happens when the buyer wants it.
